• Certain users of the Alongside Airdrop Program ("Eligible Users") may be eligible to receive free, automatic distributions of digital assets ("Tokens") from time to time, at the sole discretion of Alongside Finance Inc.. ("Alongside"), in accordance with these Airdrop Standard Terms and Conditions (the "Airdrop Rules'). Each such distribution is referred to as an "Airdrop".

• Alongside reserves the right to cancel or amend these Airdrop Rules and the specifications, terms and conditions of any Airdrop at its sole discretion.

• By accepting Tokens in an Airdrop, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Airdrop Rules and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Airdrop Rules without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of Alongside shall be final and conclusive.

• By participating in an Airdrop, you agree that you are not engaging in any activity that would violate any law, statute or regulation of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the user resides.

• Users must not be subject to any sanctions imposed by any government, including without limitation those imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, any EU country, the UK Treasury, or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC");

• Users from the following UN, FATF or MAS sanctioned countries are excluded from Airdrops without exception here:

  • Bahamas
  • Congo
  • Eritrea
  • Ethiopia
  • Ghana
  • Iran
  • Libya
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Ukraine
  • Pakistan
  • Serbia
  • Somalia
  • South Sudan
  • Sri Lanka
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Trinidad and Tobago
  • Tunisia
  • Yemen

• Users from the United States of America are not eligible to participate in Airdrops due to regulatory and compliance reasons.

• Alongside at its sole discretion will determine the eligibility criteria for each Airdrop, including the amount of Tokens to be distributed to Eligible Users that satisfy specified criteria. Different Eligible Users may receive different amounts of Tokens in any particular Airdrop depending on the criteria determined by Alongside for such Airdrop. Alongside will have no obligation to notify users of the eligibility criteria for any Airdrop prior to the execution of such Airdrop.

• Alongside reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any user that Alongside deems ineligible for an Airdrop (be it under these Airdrop Rules or by having engaged in a conduct that Alongside considers inappropriate or unacceptable), and to suspend a User's participation in current or future Airdrops.

• Tokens will be credited to each Eligible User's Verified Account on a date and time determined by Alongside. Upon completion of an Airdrop, Alongside will notify Eligible Users that Tokens were credited to each Eligible User's Verified Account.

• Airdrops are not transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted.

• Alongside decisions in any matter in relation to Airdrop are final and conclusive. Alongside will not entertain any requests for appeal or review.

• All Airdrops are governed by the laws of the United States of America and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
